The Strawberry Infused Sports Drink is great to drink before a workout that will last longer than an hour. Not only does it keep your from losing a good deal of the hydration and electrolytes you normally would, it gives you a boost of energy to make it all the way through such a workout.
Start with three cups of hot water, to which you will add half a cup of orange juice, the juice of one lemon, two tablespoons of honey, ¼ teaspoon of salt and half a container of strawberries, or any other berry of your choice.
