The Lemon Lime Energy Drink is great way to replenish your system after a heavy workout. This naturally refreshing drink is easy to make, quick and serves to give you everything you lost in all that sweat.

Simply combine ¼ cup fresh lime juice, ¼ cup fresh lemon juice, two cups of fresh water, 1/8 teaspoon of salt and two tablespoons of honey, to taste. Mix this well in a blender, pour into a glass with a few cubes of ice and enjoy.
