Every coffee lover knows the dilemma of trying to enjoy their favorite drink on those sultry hot summer evenings. With this recipe, you no longer have that worry. This recipe makes one half cup serving, but it is easily doubled.
Iced Coffee Summer Drink Recipe:
- 2 teaspoons of instant coffee
- 1-2 teaspoons of sugar
- 2 ice cubes
- ¼ cup cold water
- 1/3 cup milk
Put coffee, sugar, water and ice cubes into a jar with a tightly fitting lid. Shake heartily for thirty to forty seconds at which time the concoction should be nice and frothy. Pour into a cup, stir in the milk and enjoy right away.
